I went in for dry needling for my elbow pain. Dr. Kim really went above and beyond to not only focus on the elbow itself but surrounding areas that may also be causing the pain in my elbow. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful and greeted me immediately when I walked in. I have already a scheduled a follow up appointment. Dr. Kim also gave me some extra mobility stretches to do while at home.
Experienced my first treatment with Dr. Kim. She is truly amazing in understanding conditions and how to target solutions. 24 hrs later I feel much better and looking forward to my next treatment.
Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kristina Marlen Elminoufi came prepared having reviewed my file on advance. Explained the procedure in detail. Answered all my questions and made sure I was fully briefed. My first acupuncture. I was not disappointed.
Dr Kim was very patient, compassionate, and understanding. She was thorough in her questions and very willing to address any concerns that I had, even asking if I had a fear of needles. She explained the procedure and reassured me that I shouldn't feel a lot of pain, however, if I did, to notify her immediately. The most important reason I gave 5 Stars is because her treatment worked. I’ve come to Dr. Kim with back pain, Menstrual issues, foot pain, as well as frozen shoulder. She is an absolute magician with her practice and I always leave feeling so good. I’ve sent friends and family to her and just can’t speak highly enough about how she’s helped me.
