Trinity Abstract & Title Co was amazing in helping us close on the sale of our home doing FSBO. Carrie Lewis, was super patient and helpful during the process. She answered any and all questions helping us with the sale. I would recommend TATCO to anyone in need of a title company.
If you’re a realtor and you enjoy stressful transactions, zero communication and the title company making things take 10 times longer than they should… This is the title company you’re looking for. Please go elsewhere for your title business, we are all far too busy to deal with this type of nonsense.
If I could give zero stars I would! I have been in real estate for almost 8 years and have never had a title company be so unprofessional and unresponsive throughout a transaction. We have gone over a week without any update after many emails and calls to Carrie. She never replies! When you do get a hold of her she says she will call you back by the end of the day with an update and of course she never does!! Avoiding this company for all future transactions. Broken promise after broken promise. Carrie never provides updates, and we constantly have to seek her and her team out. Unresponsive for weeks on end, and when we do get a hold of them, we get hung up on. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
I don't like giving reviews but I have to for this company. The closing on my home was supposed to be10/23/2023. I was informed by Trinity title that they there was a problem that my mortgage company had not sent Trinity the payoff.I called my mortgage company to ask if there was a problem and I was told that the email that Trinity sent was never received. I contacted Trinity and I was told that the email that was used was the one on the paperwork I signed back in 2012. Ok that email is void because of the death of a family ... read more
