Fantastic burger in route to the mountains. We ordered a burger medium and it came out medium. Perfect. How many times does this happen anyway,Alex the server was great even offering advice on some potato wedges that made the meal.

First time in Trinidad and my belly was growling. The Trinidad Smokehouse did not disappoint. Rachel my server was a Peach! The tacos and watermelon lemonade made me happy sounding like Homer Simpson - Mmm tacos. The coleslaw was to die for!
Got the open faced brisket. There are no words for how divine it was. Sorry didn't get a pic before devouring it.
