Very generous portions, ribs were amazing. Recommend trying both the sweet and the spicy sauces, both excellent. Cajun wedges, baked beans and a great coleslaw, just the right amount of creaminess. Best espresso martini I have had for a long time. So glad we stopped off in Trinidad on our way home to ABQ from Frisco, CO. Will definitely be heading back to Trinidad as it looked like an interesting town.

We stopped and enjoyed lunch the historic old building. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Hubby had the chopped brisket sandwich with fries. I had the pulled pork with coleslaw. We couldn't decide between the sweet or spicy bbq sauce, so our server recommended we get both on the side. Both sauces were really good. The meats had a nice smokey flavor and were tender and juicy. I don't like to post on bad meals. I think it generally not needed. But this was an assault on BBQ. Who is so challenged that they put brown gravy from a can on brisket? I have also never needed a knife to eat coleslaw. Shred it or chop it, those were full leafs of cabbage in there.
