Do not rent from Trinidad Bay Real Estate. Their rentals are disgusting and not worth it. The property managers, Joe and Lynda Moran, also felt entitled to illegally enter my rental without giving me any notice while I was out of town! They just used their key and walked right in the front door and my house sitter, who was there at the time, caught them trespassing inside my apartment. I would have to agree with another reviewer. We were forced to cancel our reservations 30 days out as one member of our party was forced to schedule urgent surgery. We paid over $900.00 for two nights and were refunded only $176.00. When asked to un-cancel the reservation, thinking that maybe two of us could possibly make the trip, we were told no...that they didn't un-cancel reservations. Absolutely loved every part of our vacation rental with Trinidad bay vacation rentals. The owners are very professional and welcoming they communicated great we had an amazing trip! Definitely can't wait to go backup into that area. It's a most for everyone to visit this area.
