As a vegetarian who often eats vegan, finding authentic Caribbean food that doesn’t feel like an afterthought is hard. Trini Heart and Soul Cuisine completely exceeded my expectations. Visited this truck at the Pocono Bazaar and had some DELICIOUS veggie pasta! Will definitely be going back of we see the truck again.

I have been an on going customer for over a year now. This Thanksgiving I decided less cooking for me. I had the fantastic mother and daughter duo at Trini Heart & Soul cater some this for my and family and I. When I tell you that everyone in the family loved the macaroni & cheese, collard greens and OMG the oxtails….Loved is an understatement. My sisters, daughter and girlfriend was down at the flea market a few weeks ago and we stopped at Trini heat and soul food truck and omg the food was delicious. I had oxtails, rice and collards. We also got to taste the cheesy Rasta Pasta which was a 10 also. Ladies keep doing what you do cause it works
