The whole experience was marvelous. Renee the owner and cook was so professional. Walked me through the dishes. The food arrived fresh and hot on time. Every detail was attended to including providing extra containers of curry for the chicken in case there was any spoilage during transportation. The chicken, beef and pumpkin were delicious. Would recommend Trini Bites for all Caribbean catering.
Renee at Trini Bites was absolutely wonderful, and the food was a huge hit with everyone! She catered my graduation, and everything was delivered on time, securely and neatly packaged, with no spills. The pricing was also very reasonable and cost-friendly for the amount and quality of food. Everyone loved it! Even kids and people who are not usually used to Caribbean food. We had Renee as our Trinidadian food vendor for our wedding and her doubles were the perfect late-night treat at the end of the night! They were so fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. Guests were raving about them and kept coming back for seconds. Renee was professional and delivered exactly what we wanted. Such a delicious way to end the celebration! Delicious home cooked meals! Drove by today and saw it on the side of the road and decided to stop. Long driveway you go down and plenty of space to park. Got the curry goad with rice and peas and Mac and cheese. A side of the curry channa and potato and fresh roti. Mac and cheese has a very homemade feel, good flavor with a balance between creamy and crispy. Rice and peas and the goat were pretty good.
