Terrible customer service. I love the clothes, but the staff and store policies ensure I will not shop here again. 15 days for returns and can't return online items in the store. I can buy all of the same items at Saks where policies are fair and staff is much more pleasant.
Such great customer service! Jeremy helped me pick out the best outfits and made my shopping experience very personal. Love this place!!
