Trina is a brilliant massage therapist whose knowledge spans well beyond that of a regular therapist based on my experience. I have chronic lower back & shoulder issues and Trina was able to target my problem areas quickly and then eased my pain and the experience was also very relaxing. Trina is extremely professional and friendly and makes you feel comfortable, she asks key questions to tailor the massage to your needs and ensure she can deliver the best outcomes for you. I highly recommend her services.

Trina has been my masseur for several years. Being an active cyclist her massage techniques have been a god send especially when cycling presents some serious lower back problems. Her services are highly recommended.

Trina saw me this afternoon for a last minute appointment and the results speak for themselves. All the tension and pain in my shoulders, back and arms has nearly completely disappeared only a few hours after the massage. If you have any aches and pains Trina will help you banish them. I had a bad back and after a session with Trina I felt much better. She is an excellent remedial masseuse.
