Terrible product and customer service nonexistent. Trina has sold defective modules, and completely abandoned the installer and the end user. DO NOT BUY trina panels. UPDATE: came through with partial solution. Better than nothing and to be fair I am changing the rating from 1-star to 3-star, signifying a change from a complete neglect to an attempt of compromise.
Really solid panels, good price and performance. These are the panels that most of the large utilities and investors use so if you can get your hands on them for your house, do it!
They have an excellent reputation for their products. Last year they were very helpful over the phone and this year I can't even get anyone to answer from any extension.
tried getting a quote for over a week and I couldn't even get someone to pick up the phone. Pathetic customer service
