Dr. Frankel is wonderful. I have never had a doctor who is willing to spend so much time explaining every aspect of my health. Her staff is also great! I highly recommend this practice.
I wasn't impressed. Communication often goes through her front desk staff and not directly with her. Poor follow up on medical conditions. I saw no efforts made towards prevention of health issues which is what the MD VIP program is supposed to do. Only gave lip service.
This is a great team. Everybody does fantastic job. Nothing is to much trouble for them. They are organized, pay attention to detail. Get back to you if you have a question. Just got your article on the Mediterranean Diet. Will read your articles. Just bought a book the other day on the Mediterranean Diet. Have to get back to a big yard clean up job. They do a great job. I trust Dr Frankel. She listens and follows up. She takes my health issues seriously and has never dismissed my concerns.
I am very appreciative of Dr Frankel and her staff. They are proactive and caring. I would recommend them to everyone!
