Staff very kind but I am confused about by diagnosis an why dr didn't but me on schedule for surgery

Change my life I can actually breath through my nose. Great care great staff great Dr.
Dr. Espinola has been very working very hard to get my sinuses better. It has been a long and frustrating process, but she has taken the time to explain things with great detail. I’m having a second clean out surgery soon, hopefully she’ll get all the infections out. Her and her staff are wonderful, my only complaint is the office wait time is usually very long?
dr. Espanola is very good. I previously saw her many years ago however I am needing to see her again and she’s even better if not the best ENT doctor she pays attention to your needs.
