We have used them 2x before covid and after. There work us amazing. Covid really hurt there business and we have never had an issue with responses and jobs. They are A+ highly recommend for Paint, trim, crown molding and more!
Our first experience with John a year ago was fantastic when he did our crown moulding and several cornices. We recently hired him to come back and do remaining window cornices, mirror trim and pass-through window trim. Tara came out and measured. This past Saturday, they were a "no show" and have refused to answer at least 10 calls, emails, etc. I do not know what has happened but this company is NOT DEPENDABLE at all any more. Too bad. We have "warranty work" ( seams coming apart) and now I will have to pay someone else to... read more
This company may do good work but I will never know because they failed to show up and will not return my calls or email. I was. This is not a good way to run a business. I waited 6 weeks and will now have to find another company.
Great job and honest, high character people. I highly recommend Trimwotks.
