Due to a substandard contractor I had some subpar springs and wanted to address that asap. On Saturday at 10:30, I called Trimmer Garage Doors Co, and a technician arrived by noon. They could do the task right away, changed both springs, and left in less than 90 minutes. Prices were as stated, with no additional fees and a five-year spring warranty. The work was excellent, the tech and scheduler were very friendly, and it's hard to go wrong. Awesome contractor here in Killeen!!!

The spring on our garage door broke. Thank goodness, I could arrange for same-day service. Their technician Bob arrived at the scheduled time. He fixed the damaged garage door and made some recommendations for the other components. I valued his advice and the fact that he refrained from upselling me. A stronger warranty along with an excellent garage door spring repair job! I very strongly suggest Trimmer Garage Doors Co.

On Thursday, one of our sensors broke. Before that, I hadn’t hired a garage door repair contractor ever. I just searched online and called them after reading the reviews. Yes, the customer service was exceptional. In addition to being advised that Jay would be out today between 12:30 and 2:30, I was given a quote. Three times, I've done business with Trimmer Garage Doors Co., and each time was great. Recently, we were having issues with our outdated opener. I think Josh is the name of the man who this time helped us. He is a real sweetheart and an amazing expert at garage door installation and repairs. Trimmer Garage Doors Co. gave me the greatest deal and quickest delivery date after I compared prices. Additionally, they could offer me an estimate more quickly than any other vendor. The installation was quick and done incredibly well; I would use them again in the future for any commercial garage door repair needs and would heartily recommend them to anybody!
