We recently contracted Trimm Design Build for extensive work in our backyard. The project involved preparing our forest-like backyard for grass, securing a large slope with riprap, adding irrigation and drainage pipes, installing about 30 stone stairs, creating a pea gravel area with a firepit, planting grass seed, repairing our front lawn with new sod, and relocating our hydrangeas, which had to be temporarily moved for machinery access. Plants not planted properly, dying plants. It looked really good when they first planted but when I called them back he said he would come back but didn’t. They took down our fence, and said they buried it under dirt and was waiting until they removed the dirt in order to be able to access our fence. It has been 6 months and he says they still haven’t moved the dirt to get to our fence. They put down sod but didn’t level the yard and add top soil like We had asked. The sod has sunken in places and the yard is uneven and look... read more

Dishonest....In addition, we are disappointed with having concrete cracks the day after installation.
