I had purchased school shoes for my daughter and there was an issue which Trimfoot's Customer Service team addressed quickly and professionally. Whoever is running the company is definitely putting the customer's needs first.
Awful customer service, doesn't reply to emails, defective shoes. Avoid avoid avoid.
I would give the product itself 4 stars as I like the shoes they offer yet at times quality has dropped. Their customer service during the 7 years of use of their company has been awful! We constantly had to complain, send returns, request replacements and beg for communication. We had multiple reps we communicated with and finally we expressed how we felt about their company and voiced their are other complaints from other studio owners in Facebook groups (happy to provide these screenshots) and would be finding another ven... read more
