Such a great Mommy & Me Pilates class! My 2.5-year-old loved socializing with other kids while I got a fun, solid workout. Ashton is an amazing instructor, she gives clear guidance, is encouraging, graceful, and makes the class interactive and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Love the mommy & me Pilates class with Ashton! I was able to get in a great workout while my toddler played and connect with other local moms. So happy to have this in our community!!
The studio is beautiful and fully equipped for your next workout class. I attended a mommy and me Pilates class at this location and was so impressed with the setup. The website was so easy to use when signing up for class too.
I visited the studio for the first time to attend Happy Hour Yoga. The studio is super cute and well decorated. They have a ton of equipment and supplies that are free to use, which is wonderful. I've seen studios renting matts and other accessories lately, so I appreciate the complimentary accessories. The class was more advanced than I prepared for, but the instructor was excellent and offered modifications. I'm attending a mobility class this week and excited to try it out.
