poor service
I left this Pink Nintendo Switch on an Eastbound Max train, from Hillsboro, to Gresham, at Beaverton Transit Center, around 10:20 p.m. on Saturday night, August 2nd 2025. I called security and asked for help. They referred me to Trimet's help line, and I totally had doubts of getting it back. I cried all night. It was a gift to my daughter. I was depressed all day Sunday, and my intuition led me to it's rescue at Trimet's Lost and Found!! I don't know who brought it back, or turned it in, but thank you. Today I’m showing some love with this company because over the years, I have lost so many items that belonged to me with Trimet that anytime I reported it to them, most of them were found while others not so much. But today, I got back my wallet from them that I accidentally left behind yesterday and reported the lost item to them immediately and it made it’s way to their office safe and sound with no damages whatsoever so I rate them with 5 stars. Thank you very much for your help Trimet!
