Tri met Lyft medical transportation is a joke. And do not care about the people they help. They are all heartless people. Who stay lien. I been using service for 2 years and that whole time has been the most unpleasant experience of life as a dyalsis patient I rely on them and they don’t care. Tri met Lyft should not be a service

Updated Calling the their office was an unpleasant experience s well, hopefully you might contact someone helpful, but my one experience ... well, the person who answered my call was quite aggressive and hostile. I am so saddened by this program, really - but maybe me expectations were too high - but, it made me feel less... Cons include: Loud music and talk radio played by drivers. Temperature is for the drivers comfort only. Drivers appear to not be trained in: following the map, treating riders well, driving a wheel chair... read more

Updated Confirming that you want to avoid calling the their office as well, you might her someone helpful, but other times... well some of the folks are quite aggressive and not comparison at all. I am so saddened by this program. Cons include: Loud music and talk radio played by drivers. Temperature is for the drivers comfort only.
