For the love of all that is holy, train your drivers to get in the right lane on any two-lane road especially when they are driving 10mph under the speed limit in traffic. Your driver was causing a huge bottleneck on Murray at about 3:45pm today and literally every time I see them drive down Murray. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS!
They literally refuse to accommodate my diagnosed physical disability. What is happening to this city?
Really wish that Trimet Lift allowed more than 3 days in advanced booking and that their offices would not be closed until 9 AM on weekdays. I really depend on this service.
Absolutely terrible setup they have, horrible communication in how they treat they're customers. They cause mistakes making you miss your ride due to their misinformation then they penalize you for it. Saying they are terrible is putting it mildly.
Im thankful to have the service but when you get picked up to go home and they have to pick someone else up clear on the other side of town when your 15 minutes from home it sucks ,they should let costumers know that there going to do so thay way they can make other arrangements .I needed to be home at certain time and that screed me over .
