It used to be the case that when you called Lift customer service you would speak to someone who listened attentively to your concerns, took good notes and was empathetic. The rep. would apologize for your experience being below standard and assure you the matter would promptly be addressed. Conversations ended with the representative thanking you for your feedback. Gota Love How Well Educated & Trained Tri-Met Drivers Are...
In order to get approved you must go in person. No ID required. They do take your picture be prepared. A tri-met lift picked me up free of charge and took NY care giver and I to the building. Didn't wait even 5 min. before I was called. The interview was respectful and done with kindness. If you prefer not to talk about a certain aspect of your disability you don't have too.
