I would give TRIMET -5 Stars if it’s possible. Completely unreliable and never on time! Always some excuses for no shows and tardiness! You guys are the poster child for incompetence! And they dare to make us pay for their shitty service! 🤬
Bus 57 from the Beaverton transit center to Hillsboro is horrible. They are never on time, the bus will completely not show up and you have to wait for the next one. Then it's so full you can't get on the next bus. I have waited 45 minutes for a bus that runs every 15 minutes. This happens at least once or twice a month. Now, I can wait 30 minutes for the next bus because the 57 is going to make me miss my connection twice! I load my card and still have to pay Uber. why are there employees on the tram harassing literal children about their fare? children should ride free anyway. what purpose does this serve other than to track our movements?
So tonight waiting at moda center waiting on 77 new driver takes the wrong turn !!! Inform a supervisor sitting he didn't hesitate jump on the phone inform what was going on they sent a bus out for me for work at loves travel stop they went above and beyond tonight you get 40 stars !!!! Appreciate everything guys just gotta be patient 🙌🙌🙌🙌
