If you are selling Merchandise to the people of Portland, shipping should be free. TriMet is so greedy, it’s sickening. C -Suite Executives should be ashamed of there six figure salaries. The level of incompetency in this municipal corporation is staggering.
Caught the # 8 to the VA at 4 p.m. bus driver had an extremely bad and curt attitude, unfriendly and rude. Don't forget 2020, riots and snow storms when you quit as it can all come crashing down on you again easily!
Consistently terrible and attempting to keep thier own schedules, I have called for 10 years in a row about the timing of a single bus line. Still not fixed. Any "reporting" done is ONLY to spend MORE of your time on this company to help them "improve" nothing that gets complained about. I don't see why Trimet is still standing or taking tax dollars, when all they do is underwhelming deliver a very half hearted attempt at public transportationwhile also harrasing those who actually manage to get into the busses and trains. They let so many people on for free and have nonexistent security & fare checkers. All the drugged up transients in the TriCounty area are constantly on the busses and max with all their belongings on carts and I rarely see them pay. They smoke drugs and cigarettes at all the bus and max stops, pass out on the busses and trains, beg from and harass people, and throw their trash wherever and do whatever they want.
