Great place to live.
I do not reside there, but some of my friends do. From my point of view. It looks like a very nice, clean, well maintained, facility. They have a swimming pool for the residents. There seems to be adequate parking and it’s nicely landscaped. There are plenty of parking spots for guests right near the buildings. My friends have lived there many years and did not complain to me about anything so I guess they like it there.
Horrible place to live these buildings are falling apart there were Roaches and Mice!! Disgusting I had 3 leaks in the kitchen different areas of kitchen and different dates. Leak in bathroom Then in larger bdrm with the powder room water barely trickled from faucet Dec 2022 that toilet kept making weird noises for weeks (kitchen sink the same) But the toilet backed way up HOA Pres acted as if the job that HAD to be done I had raw sewage in my bdrm but she acted as if the money was coming from HER pocket hmm and no concern f... read more
