I've lived here for 22yrs. Overall great place to live. The last few years many improvements have been made for the better. Property values up. Yes there can be problems with a complex this old. HOA addresses issues in order of importance. No real complaints.
Great place to live.
I do not reside there, but some of my friends do. From my point of view. It looks like a very nice, clean, well maintained, facility. They have a swimming pool for the residents. There seems to be adequate parking and it’s nicely landscaped. There are plenty of parking spots for guests right near the buildings. My friends have lived there many years and did not complain to me about anything so I guess they like it there.
