Wonderful experience with these folks,exceeding all expectations we had going into it.Our central air went out,right at the begging of a heatwave no less,and to my surprise,Toby was out at our house in under an hour when we called.Toby worked very efficently and was super understanding of our situation. This is a wonderful group of guys. They enjoy each others company, they are in constant communication with each other during the installation, and work well together. They replaced my furnace and air conditioner. We have a small house, the new system is so much quieter than the old one! Someone went over the entire systems with us before they left including furnace filter information. My husband and I are both very happy with the whole process! Thank you so much!
Awesome company to work with. They were very prompt with the estimate appointment and the guy who came out was super nice. He laid out my options really well and wasn’t pushy at all. I liked the quote (which they provided super fast) and they were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks to have the work done. The day of the crew was right on time. Everyone was very professional and kind. They answered all of my questions and the new system is working great. Highly recommend!
Our gas furnace had stopped heating as it should. We called Trimble and a technician came out in less than a couple hours. The technician's name is Toby. We could not have asked for a more professional and nicer technician. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem with the furnace and repaired it promptly.
