I would strongly caution anyone considering using Glenn for a pre-purchase inspection. He was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when I tried to clarify parts of the report. The report itself was poorly put together and lacked detail, and when I asked questions, he mocked my concerns and showed no interest in helping once payment had been made.
