I have a 2019 Tiffin coach, an the trimark door handle failed. The metal bar that holds the dead bolt and makes it move in and out slipped out and locked us in the rv. I bought a new one on Amazon, and the exterior handle actuator lever had a lot on play in it, causing it to lean away from where it needs to contact the interior handle causing it to not engage the outside handle when put together. Some of the employees at Trimark are rude, disrespectful, and calculating. One of the worse places to work!
Needed a replacement latch for RV sofa. Online parts catalog easy to use and complete, and customer service was excellent in sourcing, shipping, and billing a very small order. Really nice and helpful folks - thank you very much!
