Worst location for pickup!!! People r nice but they r tooo slow. I guess they booked the load but it was not ready!!!Even after u r appointment time they made me wait for 6 hours for shipping 17 skids. Why not just cancel the load!! Worst location 🤬🤬
Strictly by appointment only. Backing from the street, good luck if your appointment is after 7am. Backing from the parking lot is possible only if there is not too many cars. My advice, just ask for the earliest possible appointment to avoid headache because they schedule multiple trucks at the same time and use only one dock to unload.
easy backing. Enter through the middle entrance near Docks 3–7 and proceed directly into the parking lot. From there, you can safely position your truck and back into the assigned dock without needing to stop on the road. Driver check-in is located at the door near Dock 3.
