Sat for 35 min with no information about why my appointment was delayed. So when another woman came in, and also sat waiting for a long time only to be told she wasn't on the schedule I walked out. Definitely not the way to run a business!

Trim Salon screwed me over right before prom. I scheduled an appointment for the week of prom 3 WEEKS before my senior prom. They called less than 24 hours before the appointment to say that they needed to reschedule the appointment for at least the following week. I, of course, couldn't do the hair appointment for prom, THE WEEK AFTER PROM. They failed to call me back when they said they would and I could not get an appointment at any other salon in the next 3 days before prom! Complete lack of respect for my time and cowar... read more
