Very clicky, rude staff and expensive prices.
Great customer service. Always a friendly greeting at the counter - thank you Jessie. The stylist I use is first class. Adrian I can’t thank you enough how well you do. And always remembering my vintage eye brows. Always on time which I appreciate. Well priced services.
Trim Salon screwed me over right before prom. I scheduled an appointment for the week of prom 3 WEEKS before my senior prom. They called less than 24 hours before the appointment to say that they needed to reschedule the appointment for at least the following week. I, of course, couldn't do the hair appointment for prom, THE WEEK AFTER PROM. They failed to call me back when they said they would and I could not get an appointment at any other salon in the next 3 days before prom! Complete lack of respect for my time and cowar... read more
