I had red hair and wanted strawberry blonde highlights. The highlights turned out platinum blonde after she forgot about me. I asked for her 15 minutes after she said she'd come back. The color difference was never addressed.
I was extremely nervous to find a new salon as I am getting married in a few months. Ashlyn did my balayage and it is the best color service I've ever had! Other stylists would always give me carmel when I asked for blonde and Ashlyn gave me the PERFECT color I've always been asking for! I’ve been seeing LeAnn for awhile and she is THE BEST blonde hairstylist I’ve ever had!! She takes her time at the beginning to ask questions about what I’m wanting and talk through what the plan is along with transparent pricing. My hair has never been longer/healthier while also having such a good blonde tone since I’ve been seeing her. She is amazing at adding dimension as well. So happy I found her at Trim nulu!!
Wonderful . Staff so friendly
I went in for a consultation; was told I would get a call back the same day, nothing! Called back later that day; supposedly I could only speak to the person I consulted with, which was busy with clients! Called back two days later; and was still told I would have to wait for her and no call back, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!
