Went in as a shoulder length blond with 1 1/2 inch regrowth of medium brown and a few greys, came out FOUR hours later looking like a orange Cheetah. Not just the roots..roots to ends!! It was supposed to be a Valentine's gift from my husband and son. All I wanted was for my roots to be bleached and have my hair colored Silver/Grey. Great salon always get what I request..also new stylist Reagan whom did great job and was very attentive to my needs,explained products that I may use and just overall very good...great addition to staff.
