I spent 30 minutes in the show room with one of the owners. He was a great help to picked out trim and hardware. I left with a good feeling and a plan we elaborated together. I emailed with the requested information the following day and haven’t gotten a reply two weeks later. I texted and called, left a voicemail - No one got back to me. What a waste of time and disappointment. I’ve moved on to a different company.
