Love going to get tree to decorate instead of pulling one out of box.Usually would give them 5 stars.I have stand from them where they drill hole in tree. You put it in stand and done. This time the hole was not straight at all. Bottom of tree was not straight either. Had to buy a different tree stand and recut bottom. Also the stand they sell is half that price at Lowe’s. I will still get my trees there. Just disappointed with this year’s experience.
Fun to ride the “sleighs” to get a tree and the gentlemen assisting were very helpful! Could use more signage or have staff to help direct a little better because we had to ask to figure out the way things worked. Cute photo ops set up!
