A month in and we love it here We moved into Trilogy Valor about a month ago and I have to say, this place has exceeded our expectations. This morning I was biking to the exercise facility (just two minutes from our place) and passed the pickleball courts that were already busy with people beating the heat with an early morning game. We built a new home with Shea Homes in the Trilogy Valor 3 community in Kuna, ID, less than a year ago, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Not long after moving in, we had a major issue with our kitchen drain pipe — it had not been properly installed. The pipe came loose and caused significant water damage. We were initially told by Shea that we had a one-year warranty, but when we reported the problem, they refused to cover the damage, claiming we had somehow “bumped” the pipe off ourselves.... read more
As an actual resident, be aware many of these "reviews" are from folks who do NOT live here and haven't endured the disappointment of overpriced, sub-quality home and defiant warrantee procedures. The only saving grace are the sweet neighbors who are a joy to live among. Build quality is poor and communication is completely absent. HOA fees are exorbitant. Calls and sells as a gated community but gates are never closed as promised. Warranty work requested over 2 years ago has not been completed as requested. No resident HOA and management communication is poor and quarterly fees are high. Neighbors are friendly .
