Beautiful homes but too many add on ....too expensive for me
The planned community, when finished, most likely will be a lovely place to live. Right now I am not overly impressed. The drive down Cloverdale Rd to get to Valor is awful. I could not drive to and from home down that road, it is ugly and rundown.
Amazing brand new community! Everyone on the team is so helpful and caring from the beginning to present. The development/ operations team are also great at what they do and care about the customers and homes. Shea builds quality beautiful homes and the treasure valley social club is top notch. Definitely recommend living here!
I enjoy calling this place home. It’s beautifully landscaped, quiet and nice. I just wish the HOA was not so high, for so little amenities. Also not having golfing included with our amenities is really disappointing and the fact that the golf course is going private with buy-in now of $20,000 on top of a mortgage is also disappointing.
