Calls and sells as a gated community but gates are never closed as promised. Warranty work requested over 2 years ago has not been completed as requested. No resident HOA and management communication is poor and quarterly fees are high. Neighbors are friendly .
Beautiful homes but too many add on ....too expensive for me
The planned community, when finished, most likely will be a lovely place to live. Right now I am not overly impressed. The drive down Cloverdale Rd to get to Valor is awful. I could not drive to and from home down that road, it is ugly and rundown.
Amazing brand new community! Everyone on the team is so helpful and caring from the beginning to present. The development/ operations team are also great at what they do and care about the customers and homes. Shea builds quality beautiful homes and the treasure valley social club is top notch. Definitely recommend living here!
