Absolutely DISGUSTING service! Didn't see a single staff member entire stay (reception always unnatended) phone rinfs out. Check in window is 1 hour. Reception closed from 4pm! A phone number to call to access keys.....rings out!!! Tired after flight and just want to get to room phone number to access safe not manned - at 5pm! (not the middle of the night). Car park map was useless, person who finally answered, useless! Room is dirty. Just all round dreadful experience.

Thanks Trilogy Surfers Paradise for having us! We stayed 7 nights/8 days as a family of nine across two apartments, while our other family booked a separate room in a different tower. The property felt super secure, very clean, and gave us that home away from home vibe. The kids loved the pool and spa daily, and we made great use of the outdoor BBQ. We got stuck into the elevator for 15 minutes and we call them and they were very helpful. The women staff were very kind and supportive at the reception. The rooms were superbe and perfection. Curtains, showers and bed clean. Perfect location to Surfers Paradise beach and restaurant.

Great place to spend the holidays. Close to the beach and all ameneties. Kids loved the pool and spa!!
