Great place for our family, close enough to walk to Cavill ave and beaches. Clean, tidy apartment had everything we needed and great amenities. Great value for money in the peak period. Staff were lovely & helpful
Our stay was absolutely excellent. We stayed as a family of four (two adults and two children) and had plenty of space, with stunning views that made it even more special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. Having our own parking, two swipe keys, fresh towels, comfortable beds, and a spotless apartment made everything so easy. I am currently staying here for a short amount of time, good facilities, good view, not very clean, towels have brown spots, I recommend to bring your own towels if you stay here, I had to go buy my own towels. (the towel here had poo stains.) It is a bit far from the general shopping district, but still walkable distance.
Great location, good spot only a few minutes walk from Cavill Ave and Main Beach. Spacious rooms with everything you need, good aircon and the pool/spa facilities are nice. Downsides - the bathroom was very small and roof low with quite a bit of black mould (see pictures) and reception hours are quite short/often unattended.
Absolutely DISGUSTING service! Didn't see a single staff member entire stay (reception always unnatended) phone rinfs out. Check in window is 1 hour. Reception closed from 4pm! A phone number to call to access keys.....rings out!!! Tired after flight and just want to get to room phone number to access safe not manned - at 5pm! (not the middle of the night). Car park map was useless, person who finally answered, useless! Room is dirty. Just all round dreadful experience.
