It was alright for what we wanted, unlike other reviews rooms were clean and kitchen had all amenities required. Showers were good and fresh towels and the ability to wash our clothes and dry was great. Paid $2350 for 5 nights. Check in clerk was a bit sharp with us asking how we got onto the complex and insisting we had a hard version of the card present that we booked it under, even though we did produce passports and digital phone copy. It was during the Lions 🦁 matches so probably inflated due to that, but seemed okay f... read more

If I could honestly fuse negative stars I totally would. If you value your families health and safety never stay here. This place lied about the mould throughout the room saying it had been professionally cleaned (which was their housekeeping). The shower coming out of the wall, chewing gum stuck to the carpet. For days unfortunately I wss not adventurous enough to sleep on their bedding so I went and bought own linen. Played the blame on the laundry services. Please be safe don't stay here

Showers were dangerously hot for young children, leaked and had little pressure, The lighting throughout the apartment and bathrooms was dim and awkwardly placed, the dining table was sticky and remained that way even after attempting to clean it ourselves. None of the exhaust fans worked in either the bathrooms or the laundry. The dishwasher has calcium stains throughout. The window latches were dodgy and broken and finally if you want to leave the apartment complex via the carpark, you'll need to take both sets of keys as ... read more

We stayed here for two nights and had a very poor experience. We arrived late afternoon on a Saturday with two exhausted toddlers, only to find that the after-hours number went straight to voicemail saying we’d called outside of business hours. That’s when we realised—they’re not actually open on weekends. This meant there was no way to get real help or report any issues when we needed it most. Eventually, a resident let us into the building. I then called the number on the office door twice before finally getting through to... read more

Horrible experience here, such a shame considering I actually like the value of the hotel and room was ok. Disgusting management! Grant the hotel manager was such a creep. I would not recommend this place especially if you are a women or LGBTQIA+. Didn’t feel safe or respectful of my privacy.
