Reached out to Trilogy for renovation plans and cost due to excellent reviews from here, they asked for address and budget and will give a "tailored feedback" , we gave a detailed plan and an estimated budget of xxxk, only to come back to us to say they are focusing on larger scale projects find someone else. It was condescending, felt we were just dumped aside because of budget whereas we would be more understanding of a more constructive feedback if they have said anything like this will cost xx, xx with us alone and your ... read more

We have recently had Trilogy Projects perform a major renovation at our home and we are delighted with the outcome. The communication throughout the project from planning, selections, through to weekly updates, was exceptional. Trilogy have an eye for detail and work to a very high standard. Trilogy Projects recently renovated our kitchen. They were excellent to deal with from the initial meeting through to handover. Communication with Matt, Pete and the rest of the team was brilliant.
