I used Trilogy for the summer a few years ago and they were great in every way. Now, not so much. The guy that cleaned the pool each week was great and did what he was supposed to. The problem is the front office. Their accounting system is totally messed up and they continue to send multiple overdue notices for payments that were cleared by my bank long before the notices went out. We love Trilogy Pools! As first time pool owners we didn't know anything about taking care of a pool and what to do. Trilogy helped us out every step of the way. They offered quick service and had outstanding communication. We were very thankful for Hector, one of the supervisors, who spend a long time educating us about how the pool works and how to best take care of it. We are so thankful we found Trilogy!

I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely WONDERFUL Trilogy Pools has been!! Not only do they keep things looking wonderful during the weekly maintenance, but when we recently had to have our pool completely re-done, they were amazing.
