I attended Trilogy Physio for 3 months to help me get stronger after spraining both ankles and hurting my knee. Jane worked on my ankles and knees in the office, and provided helpful exercises to restore my movement and strength. She also helped me find the right ankle and knee braces for my body to allow me to get back to high intensity workouts. Thank you.

I have been a patient of Trilogy Physiotherapy - Downtown since suffering a severe shoulder injury. My initial contact with Kate , the office manager, reassured me that I was in good hands. Heather, my physiotherapist, has developed a successful treatment plan for me . Although, my shoulder injury was my primary issue, Heather has developed treatment plans for my overall wellbeing. Had the best experience with Jane..... Communication with approach very clear and concise. She was very understanding, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Will be back as needed in a heartbeat.
