I had been dealing with back discomfort for several months before coming to Trilogy Physiotherapy, but after working with Jane I’m feeling much better now. She was very professional and took the time to understand what was going on and guide me through the treatment. Special thanks to Kate, the office manager, for being very helpful with organizing the appointments. Overall, it was a great experience.
I have been seeing Jane since January for a shoulder injury. She has been incredibly attentive in listening to my issues, knowlegabe in both diagnosing and communicating information about said issue and thorough in ensuring that prescribed treatment was effective and that I was progressing. Appointments a breeze to book, payment was seamless and everyone has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Neha at Trilogy Physiotherapy! She helped me recover from an ankle issue over the course of five sessions and was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. Neha is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to properly assess my ankle, explain what was going on, and answer all of my questions and her approach made the recovery process much easier to understand and follow. I’d highly recommend Neha to anyone looking for a thoughtful and attentive physiotherapist!
As a physiotherapy first timer and having no idea how to even find the right place for my injury, trilogy physio was one of the few places i called and for a first impression it made me feel very comfortable. Kate made me feel very safe over the phone that they would treat me well over there!
