Had the best experience with Jane..... Communication with approach very clear and concise. She was very understanding, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Will be back as needed in a heartbeat.
I have been seeing Jane since February for a lower back injury. She is very knowledgeable and attentive and has really helped my back recovery. Can't recommend her enough! I haven't had any issues with scheduling appointments and it's location is super convenient for me!
The service is exceptional. The therapists (Jane in particular) are knowledgeable and thorough.
Had a horrible experience with this clinic. In my 16 years living in Canada, this is by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I started treatment here after an accident, and they constantly had “system issues” where my scheduled appointments would just vanish. Twice, I showed up for appointments that were confirmed over email — and both times I was told I wasn’t in the system. Can you imagine?
