After moving from KC, I’ve been looking for the right med spa, visiting a few in the Roanoke & Argyle area, & Trilogy is the PERFECT fit. Both Casey & Ashley helped me to feel right at home & completely pampered me! I highly recommend this med spa; I felt like my concerns, questions & preventive care meant something to them, & really appreciated the time they took with me.

I met Ashli when we moved here from Illinois—she was our realtor! Watching her follow her passion and open Trilogy Med Spa has been incredible. Ashli is the definition of integrity: she’s kind, patient, never pushy, and truly listens. As a nurse, she prioritizes safety and quality over profit, and the results are always natural and beautiful. The spa is warm, classy, and pristine. She treats everyone like family—I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I wanted to get lip injections for the first time, as a naturally small lip girl it was time. I was SUPER nervous and really wanted to find a place and injector who was comforting, talented, and kind. Ashli is just that and more; she is so amazing and made my lips look so voluminous yet so NATURAL (which is what I wanted). She will talk you through every little step and make sure you walk away with amazing results. Love love love Trilogy Med Spa!
