Trilogy kitchen is a great spot to start for a craft breakfast. The selection of breakfast sandwiches makes it a hard choice! Everyone I’ve ever had has been delicious. I would recommend this to anybody traveling through town, coming to Historic Downtown Deland for an event or if you’re local just looking for a nice quiet morning for a good breakfast sandwich and a hot latte.

Great avocado toast! Very good flavor I really enjoyed the sourdough bread it was a terrific combination Very nice atmosphere quite clean and inviting Would be a great coffee date spot or just a chill place to study Really enjoy the vibes Highly recommended
