I absolutely love the Pilates and Barre classes! Olivia is an incredible instructor. I’m 5 months postpartum with my third, and her classes have made me stronger than ever. She’s easily one of the best instructors I’ve had in over 15 years of practicing Pilates. The gym is always spotless, and the staff is so friendly—it's a great place to work out! Being able to bring my kids to the creche is also a game changer!

Wheelchair accessible toilet seat has been broken for over seven months. Very rude considering they have a number of clients who use wheelchairs. Clearly they don't care!!

Love this gym! Have tried classes at other gyms but nothing compares to the community at Trilogy! Everyone is friendly, kind, helpful and non-judgmental. The gym itself is clean and has a good range of equipment and machines. I used to get anxious going into other gyms/studios but I think I've finally found my happy place! :)

Great gym. Well spread out and not crammed in. Staff were Awesome 😎💯. Assistance 🐕‍🦺 friendly.
