Very compassionate and knowledgeable group!
My fiance and I attended our first session of premarital counseling. Claire, the conselor, was wonderful, and we really liked her personality and her genuine interest in helping us as we prepare for marriage. We will be setting up another appoinment soon!
The providers did not like how slow insurance was taking so they removed over $200.00 from my bank account. Insurance informed me they never followed through with requested information for processing. My insurance paid the claim shortly after with zero prompts. They simply did their jobs. She contacted me after to inform me that's she would issue a reimbursement check. When I received the check the amounts written were different and the bank would not accept the check.
