Based on my experience with Trilogy Care they issue unreasonable decisions without any documentation to validate their decisions, then they refuse to seriously consider my submissions to them, and then refuse to review their decision. They take far to long to resolve issues, resulting in the care customer being denied the care they are legally entitled to. My advice - Stay Clear.
Trilogy is an Epic failure in every respect. Once our father signed up, we never heard from Trilogy again. Then all care workers and suppliers advised us they hadn’t been paid for two months and they were canceling services to our father. We tried and tried to contact Trilogy via phone and email with no luck then the aged care commission stepped in and still no workers paid.
