Nice coffee place. Really like the vanilla latte. My friend ordered an Americano, which was also good. The (warm) banana & nuts muffins were super fluffy, so would definitely recommend those!
If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I came in for coffee and left with clarity, peace, and a heart full of gratitude. The coffee itself was phenomenal rich, warm, comforting but what truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere and the people behind it. I ended up staying past closing, not because I lost track of time, but because time stopped in the best way. 1st time at trilogy brew. Service was great, and I really appreciated the recommendations from the barista. Iced latte was delicious. The atmosphere is cozy but seems very on brand for a more teenage hang out. I will definitely be back!
Super cute coffee shop in Old Town Spring. Loved the comfy couches and chairs, tables were available. Coffee was so good. Everyone with us really enjoyed it.
