Only buy here is you want a poorly constructed house with lots of break downs, constant push-back & refusals to repair & blaming you for covered repairs, lies and rudeness by Shea. The warranty people lied to me repeatedy & really rude; they hire the cheapest, shoddy vendors. Update #3: Four years in now. Trucks and noise on our street are finally gone. But once again because of the poor site construction planning you have to contend with dirt, detritus, semis, cement mixers, flatbeds and an enormous amount of trades vehicles every day during your 25mph 2 mile ride out of or into the neighborhood. They could have easily created a construction entrance years ago that would have spared us and the roads. The streets are a complete mess. Manhole covers jut up out of the street up to 5 inches.
