They have the worlds rudest front desk staff. Doesn’t matter if you call in to ask a question or go to pick up something, you are going to be met with nothing but attitude and disrespect. I have also been waiting for my contacts prescription to be finalized for months so I could order contacts but no one can figure out how to get that accomplished. Definitely do not recommend this location.
these people treat it like you're a income... not a human patient...they overbook appointments for the money and don't give personal service to you as an individual if your appointment says 9am and they dont take you for an hour10 am or more...but take ppl before you that got there half hour 45 minutes after you...cold and insensitive business BEWARE...
