Love this vet and Patty is wonderful!
I have been taking all of my furbabies to Trillium since they opened several years ago. They are very kind and knowledgeable. We are so fortunate to have them in our community.
I saw Dr. Phelan for my dog Laverne. Laverne is having digestive difficulties and is reluctant to eat. I was very pleased that Dr. Phelan considered a number of causes for which she ran tests (as well as X-rays to eliminate the possibility of physical obstruction.) This is a problem with Laverne that has been ongoing. I am pleased with the approach the doctor is taking.
I love all the staff and Dr. Phelan. We drive over from the coast because we love the way they treat our bunny and dogs. Most importantly our animals are very comfortable in their care. I love how the do follow up calls. They really are competent, professional, kind, friendly and caring. Totally worth the dive over the mountains.
Trillium Veterinary Service is a life saver here in this very small, isolated community of Willow Creek. The veterinarian and her technicians are excellent. They treat my dog and kitty cats with professional, gentle, and knowledgeable care every time we need vaccinations or a check up. I also appreciate the way the receptionist always makes sure to treat me like I am a valued member of the small community. She never lets me feel like an outsider.
