Hi there just want to share a wonderful experience i had this morning with Judy from claims ..the care she demonstrated towards our concern was 5 stars all the way ..most ppl u contact in todays society its a career in order to wait for a return but this lady is proactive thorough & makes it happen ..her old school ways of getting it done is unseen today ..ty again for responding right away Judy 👌
Well I came here to do a review and see lots of negative comments. WOW. I HAVE tried to get ahold of a rep and it is next to impossible to speak with a real person. I thought service would have gotten better but it has not! I see you respond to some reviews, but do nothing about the problems.
I am beyond frustrated with this company and all I've asked for is to add an occasional driver to my policy. I started the process 11 days ago. Still no answers as to how it will impact my premiums going forward. How difficult is an underwriters task of adding one change to policy and confirming the impact for the customer? Completely unacceptable service in my opinion.
Rude, unprofessional and honestly sketchy place. Will approve you and then the day before it matters, will say your denied instead. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a criminal and would give negative rating if possible. STAY AWAY
