The workers are spending too much time on their phones. They should be taking care of patients . There should be a cook that makes a Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner but that's left to volunteers and the aides. Today I got there at 10 am and her food was cold.Mom has Lewy Body Dementia and needs help eating, and going to the bathroom. She has fallen twice now. I was a respite patient here for six days (October 8-13, 2021), following knee replacement surgery. Not only was the care first class, but also were ALL the workers with whom I had contact. I will never forget their love and support and encouragement. No need went unmet. Thank you.
