Recently purchased a F150 from Miguel at Ford Trillium. Our experience was beyond our expectations....from the time we entered and greeted with friendly and courteous staff, until the time we completed the paperwork (very organized and professional). The customer service is severely lacking at this Ford. We bought our 2024 Edge from this location and it was alright at best. Fast forward to when we pick up the car, we were not provided a second key, we also had no idea we would not be provided with this either. The dealership was aware we were moving the day after pick up so time was not on our side. I drove to Alliston from Collingwood to deal with Mike in Sales. Collingwood has a Ford dealership 5 minutes from my house. Do the math on that. Mike took great care of me and even followed up 2 weeks later to see if I had any questions. The local dealership? Could not even care to call me when I first called to talk to Sales.
