Service department leaves a lot to be desired. Two incidents I will share regarding our F150. The first was regarding a recall for door lock issues some years back. Took the truck in to have issue rectified. When I got the truck back, called service and told the lady they hadn't fixed the issue properly. Her response was that they addressed the recall and if I wanted it fixed again I would have to pay out of pocket. Bought a new F150 from this dealership some years ago. One thing that did not impress me was all the high pressure upsells, especially a crazy expensive extended warranty, then of course the nonsensical electronic snake oil rust proof module among countless other useless add-ons, which is where dealerships really make the money. Also, the one peddling this nonsense get an additional commission for such, hence the high pressure tactics.
