Very pleased with the service manager Gary and his team. We had just bought a new 2026 Ford Explorer ST and had some warranty issues on the vehicle such as the driver door gap and hard to close. Gary and his service team got them corrected in a timely manner and kept us on the road. Also, the sales associate Mike was amazing in getting us a great deal on this vehicle and trade in value for our Honda CRV.
I brought my 2019 Ford Escape to Trillium Ford Lincoln Alliston for an oil change and transmission service. I chose a Ford dealership because I expected accurate records, correct fluids, and professional service. Instead, the work order showed the wrong VIN and the wrong model year.
