I drove to Alliston from Collingwood to deal with Mike in Sales. Collingwood has a Ford dealership 5 minutes from my house. Do the math on that. Mike took great care of me and even followed up 2 weeks later to see if I had any questions. The local dealership? Could not even care to call me when I first called to talk to Sales.

Booked a service on my 2024 ford 2500 diesel; oil change and tire rotation. when I bought the truck I had received 2 free oil changes and tire rotation which was a great bonus since the truck was very expensive. Again Trillium Ford in Alliston has done it again!!! The team there that I delt with --- Mike, Victoria and Nolan are amazing people to deal with! (Have only delt with them but i am 100% sure no matter who you deal with they will do an amzaing job) Had a mishap with a vehicle that I was driving (Not a Ford) and my insurance company settled with me and wanted the rental back.
