I had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday in April for Recall for my Motorhome. It's a free service. But closer to Saturday, I called and asked if it wouldn't be too much trouble to change the engine oil. The dispatcher refused over the phone. I arrived on Friday evening, dropped off the car and keys, and filled out a form, asking "please change the oil."
