Just updating my review wouldn't want you guys to be misrepresented.
If I could put zero I would. Allow me to elaborate. So I was very excited to buy my first new vehicle and bring it in and I paid for the maintenance plan and everything so I wouldn't have to touch anything and so everything would be nice and dealt with. Boy was that a mistake or at least bring it to Shelburne Trillium is. Three different occasions have left a horribly sour taste in my mouth. Recently had a battery issue with new Explorer. Due to cold weather roadside assistance couldn't help but Rodney and staff did. Replaced my warranty battery in my driveway. Awesome job
