Although I havent done business with the company, I had received a phone call from them which i missed. When i called back, I was greeted politely and then i explained i was calling back due to receiving a missed call. The person on the line with me in return responded in a rude and hostile voice “uhm no” and hung up without another word. For a business, this is really poor service.
